Day 3 of my food challenge journey (May 24, 2015) over Memorial Day weekend saw me enter Las Vegas. Mercadito at Red Rock Casino had a 32 tacos in one hour challenge for a $200 gift card, but I had no idea til I got there that it was changed to 40 tacos in 40 minutes... a little tougher, but a Freak8r is always up to the task. I accepted the challenge and away we went. The server told me that I would receive more tacos as I completed the ones I was currently eating - would the kitchen be able to keep away with me? Would I be able to win the challenge and claim the $200 gift card prize? You'll have to watch and find out!
