During the Clone Wars, Jedi Generals Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker were sent out to the icy planet of Asuin after an escape pod had crashed, with Republic Clone Troopers on Board, whose mission it was to steal a separatist map to their hypermatter generators. The two Jedi were very worried that the Clone Troopers inside the escape pod were killed on impact, and that the map to the separatist hypermatter facilities would be lost... . So what happened to these Clone troopers and the stolen map? Lets find out. So the story begins above the planet Asuin, deep within the territory of the Hutt cartel. With the separatist forces in the area alerted to the presence of Jedi nearby, Obi-Wan and Anakin are forced to risk a dropship landing below, even while the planet is besieged by a fierce ice storm. Their mission is to simply recover a crashed escape pod, which should contain information about secret separatist hypermatter generators, which the Republic’s Clone Troopers managed to steal and get into an escape pod before being caught. The two Jedi then dive out of the republic drop ship in their speeders, and Obi-Wan tells Anakin that this is not one of his best ideas, but Anakin laughs it off and says “what? This is going to be fun!”. Obi-Wan then warns anakin to take it easy, becausae he doesn’t want to have to pick up pieces of his apprentice from the icy surface. Moments later, Anakin is about to declare that the mission is an outstanding success, but before he can even get the words out of his mouth, his speeder crashes into the snow below him and almost sends him into a nearby ravine.
