F1's Talent Problem

Have you ever considered that the 22 drivers competing in F1 might not actually be the most talented pilots on earth? More to the point - why do so many people not reach the big leagues? Well, believe it or not; it's not all about nepotism. There are countless barriers such as timing, super licence difficulties, nationality biases - take your pick. So I figured that today I'd cover each of these different barriers to assess just how difficult it actually is to reach the pinnacle of motorsport. I'm not just gonna be hater tho. I've assessed the current progression system, and will offer.... 'interesting' solutions to overcome all of the barriers that I raise. Point being, whether you simply view F1 as 22x rich guys driving in circles, or maybe a glorified talent show, by the end of this video you'll definitely rethink it.
