2030 Hypothetical Atlantic Hurricane Season Animation (Lili)

This was an animation that was delayed for months and not for good reasons. Originally scheduled for June, I found out that the author of the animation had done things last year that were on the more inappropriate side, and was hiding from it being exposed by switching accounts into a new one entirely. Given the name used in this was the new one anyway, I've decided with how slow my upload schedule has been in recent months to at least get it alive again by uploading this. While I don't condone what was done last year by them, I'm pretty sure they're entirely gone from the wx community now, and this animation took a very long time to complete given the intricacies within this. Hopefully this allows me to get back on schedule as I was left demotivated for a while after. Anyway, here's a hyperactive List 4 season...as if we haven't had enough of those in this channel.
