Go deeper and don’t be afraid. Sex has been suppressed through breath, laughter has been suppressed through breath, anger has been suppressed through breath. Breath is a mechanism to suppress or release. If you can become the master of your breathing, you become master of your emotions. You need to breathe deeply during the whole practice without any pauses. When you breath goes out move with the breath. When the breath good in move with the breath. Go out, go in with the breath. Follow it. Release your keeping emotions and feel inner relaxation in last 15 minutes (you will here calm music at the end)
