During the Midland Line Shutdown from the 22nd of January to the 22nd of February 2026, TransWA trains (and the Indian Pacific) had to run via the Woodbridge Triangle and to Forrestfield Freight Yard in High Wycombe to then pass Midland Station on the freight tracks. Extra time was added to the timetables to account for this.
