RCT & internal whitening case in a young patient, many years after the initial trauma. The apical diameter was likely to be quite large, so once we had cleared the pulp horns of tissue and found our working length, K-Files were used to measure the size of the apex. The final obturation was done by modifying a master cone to match the apical diameter, then passively placing additional cones to help occupy the wide space (although the bioceramic sealer is going to do the real work). The obturation could also have been done with bioceramic putty, by down-packing and back-filling with heated GP, or a combination of these techniques. I don't have a back-fill gun (yet) and was able to get decent tug-back on the modified master cone, so I was happy to go with this technique, which is the most familiar for me.
