Diversity is all around us, and doesn't need government policies mandating it's implemention. Cultures of sucessful societies exchange information, and adopt better systems, while discarding those of little use. Isolating cultures and being afraid to say that certain cultural characteristics are better than others is harmful and costly. Throughout history, cultures have been different. No commentary today, as unfortunately, I am 'under the weather' and have almost no voice (which may be better for many).
