In this video, we show a technique for rescuing a corneal double continuous, uninterrupted, or double-running suture in a DALK patient. One way is to replace the whole suture, but you can also try this technique and save some time. You need to use the very simple "reef knot" and retract some of the suture-end before in order to have some length for maneuver. Once you do the knot (always crossing the ends) you can continue normally suturing. At the end of the video, the arrows show 3 knots, two for the double running and one extra for the rescue.
