In this clip we cover the basics on how to operate a floor buffer. The floor buffer (aka rotary machines, 175, rotary, swing machine, etc.) is a very versatile tool that can be used for a number of cleaning applications including low moisture carpet care, VCT, LVT, tile and grout, wood and more! There are lots of clips out there that cover the basics - many are helpful. We hope this will also assist those starting out will do the same and offer some insight that you might not find in some other videos. One key thing to remember is to practice in a very open room or even better, outdoors like in a garage or out on a driveway. This way you won't bang into a wall or piece of furniture. Also, don't try to control or force the machine. You want to simply guide it. The learning curve is a few minutes and after that you'll find operating a floor machine to be beyond simple!
