A quick trip north for some fun and relaxation - but of course we couldn't leave the drone at home! This is my wife's home town and so we threw a quick video of our trip together to show off the Port Alberni area, and some of the sights nearby! Check out the amazing amount of smoke from the fires in the last segment (it looks like fog) and also just how long it takes the drone to get higher than those trees! They're quite tall! And if you've got kids, the McLean Mill is a great stop to visit an old steam mill and a cool steam logging demonstration - they don't do it like that anymore. © The Vine Studios 2018.
