By observing one's breath, heartbeat, and physical sensations in moments of silence, individuals can find a new alignment and emerge as a new version of themselves. A transmission is a transfer of energy from a higher realm of consciousness to a recipient. This energy contains specific frequencies and words of wisdom that can impact our physical, mental, emotional, and energetic aspects. Another name for this energy is ‘the Love of creation’ which pervades all of existence. Each of us is composed of this energy and are intimately connected to it. We each have the ability to align, receive and transmit this energy. The person transmitting the energy, in this case, Asil, is gifted with the capacity to receive and transmit frequencies and spoken words from higher planes of consciousness.
