Let's talk about Historical Corsets | my Corset Collection

Hello everyone and welcome to a new video! After my video where I wore corsets every day for a month, I did want to make a video where I showed each of them a little better. This video includes both corsets and stays (the less known name for the 18th century-ish equivalent-ish to the corset). All of these were made by me, except one, the last Edwardian corset was made by The Boudoir Key. I really wanted to show you guys the insides and most importantly their issues. There's actually only a handful of them that I would happily wear, and this is not because of the perpetuated corset myths we hear about, but because corset and stay making is a highly specific and demanding skill, which I don't really have yet. These sewing experiments have helped me know more and learn, and one day in the future, I may make the perfect corset (but it's certainly none of these lol). The more I make, the more I learn, which is why I think I may be slightly addicted.
