In the tactical board game Ironwood by Mindclash Games, two asymmetric factions battle for power: The Ironclads, settlers of the Iron Mountains, seek to extract the mysterious Larimore Crystals to fuel their machines with magical energy. Meanwhile, the Woodwalkers, shadowy figures of the forests, need these crystals to uncover ancient totems and summon the forest guardian to drive out the Ironclads. Ironwood is a strategy game driven by cards: each round, both factions play cards to position combat units, gather crystals, or engage in battles.
