We have a very short stop over in Hanoi, before catching an early morning limousine bus to the town of Ninh Binh. Once we arrive, we show you around our latest accommodation, Tam Coc Summer Bungalow, which we booked through booking.com. We then head to Ngoc Linh Restaurant for breakfast before heading to Van Limh pier in Tam Coc. Here we sample one of the more touristy things to do and take boat ride out into along the river. Having read some recent negative reviews, due to hassle on the river by people trying to sell things. We give our views on this from our experience to give an idea what to expect. From here, we pop for a quick drink at Nam's Coffee and Beer Garden to take in some of Tam Coc's famous scenery. Our last stop is the Bich Dong Pagoda, which is about a 20 minute cycle out of Tam Coc.
