Exclusive Interview With Senior U.S. District Judge

The Honorable John C. Coughenour, Senior United States District Judge for the Western District of Washington, was hosted in the Yerevan studio of RFE/RL's Armenian Service for an exclusive interview with Service Director Harry Tamrazian on issues concerning the judiciary in Armenia and other post-Soviet countries. John C. Coughenour was in Armenia to participate in a seminar for Armenian judges and a seminar for law students and recent graduates, sponsored by the U.S. Embassy and the United States Department of Justice, Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance, and Training.
