Merida Scultura Team Vs. Scott Addict RC10 Review | 2 Road Race Bikes Tested Back to Back!

When it comes to road racing bikes, the Scott Addict is an icon. The original 2007 Addict was claimed to be the lightest production frame in the world at the time. Since then, it’s been raced and won at countless WorldTour races and has established itself as one of the best all-rounders in the peloton. The Merida Scultura, on the other hand, is a bike that not everyone will be as familiar with. Though Merida has been making bicycles for over 50 years, it only made its WorldTour debut relatively recently, in 2013. Since this most recent Scultura was revealed last summer, it’s already been ridden to significant victories at the biggest races in the world, including at the 2022 edition of Milan-San Remo. Both bikes occupy the lightweight, all-rounder space, with full carbon framesets, aero tube shapes, integrated cable routing and fast, reactive handling.
