Dr. Inclan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wofford College in South Carolina, where he was a Division I collegiate football player with post-graduate scholarships from the Carolina Panthers, Southern Conference, and Wake Forest School of Medicine. He was named to the Southern Conference All-Academic team, Phi Beta Kappa, and the National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society. His academic achievements continued into medical school, where he graduated first in his class from Wake Forest School of Medicine and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) and Gold Humanism Honor Society. Dr. Inclan completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Washington University in St. Louis, one of the top-ranked training programs in the country. During that time, Dr. Inclan assisted in the medical coverage for various athletic teams, including the St. Louis Blues, St. Louis City FC II, the St. Louis Battlehawks, and Lindenwood University athletics, in addition to multiple high schools in the area. After his residency, Dr. Inclan completed his Sports Medicine Fellowship at the renowned Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), recognized as the top hospital for orthopaedic surgery in the United States. During his training, he served as an Assistant Team Physician for the New York Giants Football Team under Head Team Physician Dr. Scott Rodeo and Hall of Fame athletic trainer Ronnie Barnes. Dr. Inclan joined UAMS directly following his fellowship.
