Exploring Fulmer: An English Village Walk

#Fulmer #villagewalk #buckinghamshire In this weeks episode, join us as we take a Walking Tour through the Village of Fulmer, located in the South Bucks countryside in England. Be sure to watch till the end as I've included a small selection of images I captured along the walk, using my teeny weeny Canon Powershot S200, a CCD sensored camera from back in 2014 !!! Fulmer is a small country village about 10 minutes from the outskirts of Slough, with the M40 motorway running past just outside and close to junction 1A joining the M25. The village has a lovely looking pub called the Black Horse, which is dog friendly so you can take your furry besties. It has an outside seating area for those nice summer nights and it has a limited number of clear pods for the winter nights, they look quite good. Although the food is nice here from personal experience the service was very slow, actually very, very slow !!! I have taken the time to check on Google Reviews, just incase my experience was just an off night, but sadly that doesn't look to be the case. So the choice is yours to make . Also behind the pub is a farm shop, stocked with the usual farm shop stuff, this also has seating if you fancy a coffee. Next to the pub is also the Church of St James, it dates from the early 17th century, and across the road is the village hall. I made the choice not to film up past the pub as you go up the slight hill out of the village, as the foot path is quite narrow, trying to walk with Elvis (Golden Doodle) and film next to a busy road, it wasn't the safest option, but to be honest you wouldn't have seen much on film as most of the houses had high hedges and large gates, so you haven't really missed anything.
