My End-of-Summer Garden! What's thriving? What's struggling? What's ready to harvest? I'm bringing in lots of squash, cucumbers, peppers, and pumpkins right now, with plenty more on the way! Also, coming soon, are tons of tomatillos and cherry tomatoes... I can almost taste the fresh salsa I'll be making in October and November! Plus, the Red Roselle Hibiscus will be ready for harvesting then, too. Nothing quite as refreshing and delicious as Red Roselle Tea or Red Roselle & Berry Jam!
