Luckily you can fix this without wasting your shiny new strings: Redo the NEXT fret. If one fret makes a rattling noise, it's because the string hits the next fret. So tying this next one tighter might fix the noise. If it still sounds bad: replace the fret after the next fret and the bad fret itself. Obviously... take extra care to tie the fret line under them strings... I don't show the knotting and binding in this video. Please watch the one linked above.
