Dr Sure's Unusual Practice & friends perform a live and extended version of 'Keeps Ya Head Up', off their 3rd LP Total Reality. Filmed and recorded at Camp A Low Hum in Wainuiomata, Aotearoa. The song was recorded as an 11-piece band, who played together for the first time an hour before on the 'Renegade Stage'. It was filmed by Will Agnew and Kieran Sullivan. Straight after this performance it was mixed by engineer Martin Phillips (who also did the recording) and Dougal Shaw. Straight after mixing it was lathe-cut onto 10" acetate records by Johnny Electric, with this song on one side and an improvised song by Canadian band Holy Fuck on the other side. 20 records were cut and sold at Camp A Low Hum the following day.
