The LA River First Flush

Reporting from the “first flush”, usually the grossest/most polluted time at the LA River. And while I advocate for making good choices around our homes, and pestering landlords until they do as well… I want to note that the government can regulate what chemicals are allowed, how storm drains are or are not filtered, and how corporations are prevented from polluting.
