Prep time - 10 min Cook time - 15 min Total time - 25 min Serving - 5 people Author - Ritika's Kitchen 👩🏻🍳 Course - snacks Cuisine - India For momos Dough 1 1/2 cup maida/All purpose flour 1 teaspoon Salt As needed Water 2 teaspoon oil For Filling 1 cabbage (medium) 2 onions(chopped) 50 gm paneer (grated optional) 2 carrots (grated optional) 2 tablespoon chilli sauce 1 inch Ginger 1 teaspoon black Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon Salt as needed Oil (greasing and cooking) For Chutney 4 Tomatoes 1 teaspoon salt 8 garlic cloves 6-7 dry red chillies (soaked for less spicy) For Devil Fry 1 capsicum (diced) 1 onion (diced) 1 onion (chopped) 4 tablespoon garlic (chopped) 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon ketchup as needed Red food colour 1/2 teaspoon Soya sauce 1/2 teaspoon vinegar 1 glass water 2 tablespoon corn starch 4 tablespoon oil Steps Take cabbage and onions in a bowl add salt and keep it aside for 15 mins...then squeeze the veggies and take out extra moisture...then add Nutrela,ginger,black pepper,salt and chilli sauce...and mix well..filling is ready Mix the ingredients of dough...and let it rest for 15 mins...then make momos of your favourite shape...and fry it for 2mins..keep it aside once it is fried For chutney blend all the chutney ingredients and make it a thick chutney don't add water For devil dry.....take oil in wok add diced onions and capsicum Then add garlic and chopped onions together in the wok then add chutney,sauces,vinegar,salt,pepper and food colour once the chutney starts releasing oil add 1 glass water....let it boil..then add cornstarch slurry...and add more half glass of water if needed...once the gravy starts thickening add momos and just cook for 2-3 mins and switch off the gas Serve hot 🤤🤤🤤these juicy momos
