Today we are going on to discover how Thai Fried Ice Cream Rolls are made. This shop is located in Srinagarindra Train Night Market in Bangkok, Thailand. They make rolled ice cream, which is a sweetened frozen dessert originated in Thailand under the name "Thai rolled ice cream" or "stir-fried ice cream". It is made using milk, cream and sugars and topped with various ingredients. The ingredients and the milk are chopped together onto the ice pan until the liquid becomes a cream. The mixture is then spread in a thin layer across the pan. The ice cream is then rolled into a roll shape with the use of a spatula. Have you ever try Thai ice cream rolls?
