Welcome to my Japanese kitchen! In this video, I’ll take you on a little tour of a local Japanese supermarket and show you how I prepare a simple, healthy dinner at home. On the menu today: – Simmered flounder (Karei no Nitsuke) (4 cuts of Flounder, 2/3 cup of water, 1/3 water, 3TBS Sugar, 4TBS Soysauce, 2TBS Mirin) – Miso soup with nameko mushrooms and tofu (NAMEKO, fried tofu, green onion) with rice, sesame mixed broccoli, Pickles and Natto served in an Arita Porcelain. These are everyday dishes in Japan—easy to make, nourishing, and full of flavor. I hope this video brings you a taste of Japanese home cooking and inspires you to try it yourself. Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more peaceful kitchen moments and Japanese food culture. Thank you for watching! #JapaneseFood #JapaneseCuisine #Washoku #HomeCooking #SimpleRecipes #healthyeating — KOBAKO A little bit of myself... I'm a pure Japanese in mid 30th, living with my husband and six-year old son. I worked for a huge Japanese trading company for 15 years IMPORTING & EXPORTING. Through my career, my interest became deeper to EXPORT from Japan to the world. My interest originally was porcelains and healthy living and lifestyle so I ended up editing a video introducing Japanese good things (healthy and easy food made in Japanese homes) to the world. I also have one more VLOG account, KOBAKO / @kobako1111 (hope you can subscribe this too!) so please take a look to my daily life.
