The market (Marche de Beaune) is one of the most vibrant, colorful and spectacular open air market's I have ever been to. The market is located on the main square - Place de la Halle - and is open every Saturday from 7:30am to 12:30pm. If you are in Burgundy, France, this is definitely a must see! Here you can taste and buy amazing local cheese, ham, sausage, fresh fruits and vegetables, breads, croissants, pates, flowers, you name it.
