Here is what you'll need! Mutton 1.5 kg Cinnamon 2 sticks Cardamom 4, cloves 4, bay leaves 2 Black pepper 5-7 pcs Salt 1.5-2 tsp Plain yogurt 1/2 cup Ginger paste 1 tbsp Garlic paste 1 tsp Red chili powder 1.5 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp Coriander powder 1.5 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Mustard oil 2 tbsp Onion 1 cup sliced Dry red chili 3-4 pcs Beresta and Black pepper to garnish. Instructions: 1. Mix the meat with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, peppercorns, bay leaves, salt, yogurt, red chili, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, cumin and mustard oil 2. Marinate for 30 minutes 3. Drizzle cooking oil in a frying pan and add dry red chili along with sliced onions 4. Fry until golden brown 5. Add the marinated meat and sauté for 15 minutes on medium-high heat 6. Pour hot water and cook for 40 minutes with lid on while stirring occasionally on low-medium heat 7. Garnish with fried onions and black pepper 8. Ready to Enjoy! Enjoy!
