Turnigy Reaktor 300w 20A Built in AC - Not charging Due to Balance Error

This video shows my brand new Turnigy Reaktor 300w 20A with built in power supply from HobbyKing, no longer working after only a handful of uses. I have two relatively new Zippy Compact 2200 mah Lipo batteries. After charging one I stopped the charger and unplugged the battery. When I plugged in the next one to be charged, following the same procedures as always, I got a voltage error and then balance error. My $130 charger stopped working within a month, needless to say I am very disappointed, and now I need to go through the RMA process. The video also shows that my batteries seem to be in fine condition and my $12 Turnigy charger has no problems with them. Please help HobbyKing, your my only hope. I just got my new balance charging board and did not even get to use it with this beast. Love the charger, just not happy at the moment. This is not a review of the product, this is intended for the RMA process. If all goes well, I will provide a review of the product and the HobbyKing RMA process.
