While eliminating blindness remains a noble mission, an equally powerful goal is to look beyond — to millions of patients living with reversible blindness from extreme refractive errors, often dismissed as “non-candidates.” Every day, patients arrive from around the world with extreme refractive errors, post-surgical complications, and misdirected interventions — often labeled “non-candidates” or left with unnecessary (and absolutely reversible) visual disabilities. ➡️ By correcting these complex situations with precision and vision artistry, we can elevate the standard — moving beyond blindness prevention to restoring, and even enhancing, true functional sight, often to 20/20 unaided vision.
