Restoration of Old Rusty Table Fan | 70 Years Old Electric Fan In this video I am restoring a very old fan. I bought this fan from a junk shop. When I bought this fan from the shopkeeper, the shopkeeper asked me what are you going to do with this fan, so I did not say anything to the shopkeeper and took the fan. Now I start to restore this fan. The condition of the fan is very bad. It has a lot of rust and has a weird oil on it. And the some parts of the fan are broken.I started the fan restoration by disassembling all the fan parts.After disassembling all the parts of the fan I did the electrolysis process to remove rust from the rusted parts of the fan.There was a lot of grease and oil on the fan motor and the parts inside the motor. I washed the motor parts with Kerosene Oil to remove this grease and oil. After cleaning the parts of the fan, repaired the parts of the fan that were broken and painted the parts that were to be painted.
