Commemorating a Year of Excellence at HRD Corp We entered the year 2023, determined to deliver the best for our stakeholders and all Malaysians. As the custodian of local human capital development, we introduced the highly successful High Performing Trainers and Training Providers Bootcamps to produce dynamic trainers and training providers capable of nurturing a local dynamic talent pool. Aside from improving our existing programmes, we also spearheaded national-level initiatives such as organising the nation's first-ever National Training Week (NTW); launching Southeast Asia's first training measurement index, the National Training Index (NTI), and bringing our flagship National Human Capital Conference & Exhibition (NHCCE) up a notch with the participation of international speakers and delegates this year. At the same time, we celebrated our amazing year by honouring organisations and individuals who have contributed tremendously to the human capital development industry with the HRD Awards 2023. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been so supportive towards us, this collective success belongs to you as well!
