The quick answer is we have no set limits. It's all about physiology. It's all about how is your heart, how are your lungs, how is your brain. If you're functioning and we've got 95-year-olds who are out mowing the lawn or going for walks in the park. So, if you're functional and getting around, there is no age limit. Assuming your heart, lungs and kidneys are in reasonable shape. Beyond that, we need the help of your internist or cardiologist to tell us if you are strong enough to undergo hip replacement. So there's...it's very loos is the answer. If you're 65-years-old and bedridden and quite ill, hip replacement is probably not for you. But each situation is different, so that's part of the beauty of medicine, every patient is a little different. So, there's no rigid criteria here.
