I Tested Lin Lie Iron Fist… It’s NOT Worth the Tokens + Season Pass Giveaway | Marvel SNAP

🔥 Today we’re breaking down the new Series 5 card — Lin Lie Iron Fist. Lin Lie Iron Fist is a 2-Cost, 1-Power card that adds the Sword of Fu Xi to another location. The Sword gives Lin Lie +7 Power if he’s there — which technically makes this a 2-Cost, 11-Power card. Sounds great on paper… but the reality is very different. To get full value, you have to build your entire deck around Lin Lie Iron Fist and play the game extremely carefully. I tested this card in Move decks, Ongoing decks, and Spider-Man Noir builds — and none of them felt good. So I tried something different. If I can’t move Lin Lie reliably, I’ll just pick him up and replay him. That’s when I tested him in a Bounce deck. Bounce decks already have multiple win conditions, and with Shou-Lao added in, they’re naturally strong. If you don’t have Toxin, Falcon is a perfectly fine replacement. Even then, my honest take is simple: Lin Lie Iron Fist does not have a deck of its own, and it is not a reliable win condition. In fact, if you watch the highlights closely, you’ll notice something very clear — the moment Lin Lie hits the board, the gameplay often starts falling apart. The card clogs locations, forces awkward plays, and punishes you for trying to make it work. 📌 *My recommendation* If you’re a collector, you can pick it up. Otherwise… avoid this card.
