Around six weeks old, the cute seven little fox pups begin to play. They jump, bite, climb, squeal, bark, gekker, hop, roll over, wag tails, and fall. These behaviors help the fox pups learn hunting skills and form social bonds with mom fox. It often seems like complete chaos at the den. Mom fox still manages to nurse and groom them through it all. The fox pups stay near the den while mom fox is out hunting, but they don't sit quietly.
