In this video, we explore what it can feel like when self-love, safety, and validation don’t live inside us and how that can quietly shape our relationships, attachment patterns, inner critic, and nervous system. After a month of discussing fantasy, obsession, and the pull to be chosen, this conversation brings the focus back to the self. What happens when we rely on external validation to feel steady? How does that impact our sense of identity, emotional regulation, and the way we show up in connection with others? And what does it mean to begin returning to yourself in a grounded, compassionate way? This is an awareness-based conversation about the impact of not having internal safety and self-trust.
