Not originally for myself but admit I’ve used it a few times already. The knobby part feels the best imo and overall a good way to ease some foot pain. Has padding on the bottom to help keep it from sliding around or maybe scratching floors. I didn’t notice any odd smell the seller mentioned from the wood finishing process. Has padding on the bottom to help keep it from sliding around or maybe scratching floors. I didn’t notice any odd smell the seller mentioned from the wood finishing process. I bought this item in conjunction with the Theraflow Dual Foot Roller (the single roller for each foot) in an attempt to relieve the extreme foot pain I was experiencing from my new job. My new workplace has old wooden floors and I walk the entire time Im there. Even with proper cushioned footwear, my feet would hurt while I worked and after I came home. Then it progressed to where I could barely walk each morning when I got out of bed. I would literally hobble every morning for the first ten minutes or so until the pain subsided. My feet started to ache constantly throughout the week, even on my days off, and I found myself unconsciously repeating the phrase, "Oh, my feet hurt". Ive tried Epsom salt soaks many times and it helped a bit, but not much longer than after the soak was over. Rubbing them didnt do much either. I decided to look for a solution by purchasing a foot massager. I remembered the incredibly expensive foot massagers Ive seen at places in the mall. I didnt WANT to spend that much, but my feet were killing me, so I figured the expense would be worth it. I read the reviews first, and found that so many people said they all broke within a few months, or that it hurt too much to use, or that it developed a squeak after about a month, which made it annoying to use, and that their customer service wasnt helpful in regards to fixing the problems. I couldnt see spending that much knowing that many problems could arise and essentially have a $300+ piece of junk on my hands (or rather my feet). I continued searching Amazon for a different solution, and I saw this little wooden roller set by Theraflow. Honestly, it looked like something my grandparents would own. I didnt figure it could really do much for me, but I read the reviews. Most of them were positively glowing! Several people described having the same foot pain I was experiencing and said this was definitely giving them some relief. Its not very expensive, so I thought Id try this as a first attempt and move on to something else if it didnt work. As I said in the beginning, I also bought the single roller along with the XL Dual Foot Massager, because reviews said the single roller helped to get into the arch of your foot better and I was experiencing a lot of pain in the arches as well. It was delivered within two days which I thought was extremely prompt. It came well packaged, nothing was damaged, and I used it immediately. The nubby parts on the back sort of hurt at first as my feet were quite sore from the start. But after using both items, my feet felt less constricted and less sore. I was able to walk with less pain. Now its been about three weeks since these massagers arrived, and Ive purposely waited in giving a review to see how they help. I can tell you that I use them every day at least twice a day. Ive created a routine of waking up and rolling my feet on both items within a few minutes of getting out of bed for maybe 2-3 minutes. I then get up and get ready for the day. I come home at night and use them for 5-10 minutes in the evening while watching television. Every week Ive seen improvement, and by this third week, my feet barely even hurt while at work. Im no longer hobbling out of bed every morning!! Many of my co-workers are complaining about their feet and their backs, and mine no longer bother me. I can still feel a little soreness, but I wouldnt classify it as painful at all. As of last week, Ive recommended these products...
