In today's video I take you through the brand new Vocal Tuner Effect found in the latest HeadRush Looperboard Firmware 2.0. This effect is the ultimate solution for creating amazing vocal loops in tune and with harmonization! This is essentially a vocal strip that includes some of the already well known effects of the Looperboard, including Noise Gate, High Pass Filter, Doubler, Delay, Reverb, Compression, EQ. The Smart Tune is the HeadRush answer to AutoTune as it will help you keep your vocals in tune and create amazing robotic effects for your loops. It includes several different keys and scales to choose from. The Harmonizer is probably one of the best I've ever heard and it just includes so many innovative options. This effect produces two voice harmonies that can be altered and mixed in so many creative ways. Like with the Smart Tune, the Harmonizer includes several different keys and scales. In Auto Mode, you can use the mic itself as the reference note to create a harmony, or you can use a different input (such as a guitar) to be the reference note. You can even use MIDI notes as a reference. In Scale Mode, the guesswork is removed as the Harmonies will be generated around the key and scale you select.
