Mt.Fuji climing Ekiden is a Gotemba’s summer event in every August. The race is 6 legs with 6 teammates covering 48.19km from Gotemba Athletic Stadium to the top of Mt. Fuji and back. The unique points are the elevation difference of 3,199m and temperature gap of 20 degrees.
