This is a no churn ice cream recipe with condensed milk; no churn condensed milk ice cream. This recipe uses cookie butter, which may be the most addictive substance on earth. Ingredients: 3 cups (750 mL) whipping / 35% cream 1 can (300 mL) condensed milk 3 Tbsp (45 mL) cookie butter Handful crushed Speculoos / Biscoff cookies Method: Whip the cream to almost stiff peaks. Whisk together the condensed milk and cookie butter Whisk the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream. Fold in the crushed cookies Transfer to a freezer safe dish and freeze 4-6 hours.
