First Ever Electron Powder Coating Line Installed In the USA! Full Installation and Overview

We are happy to release this video of the full installation and overview of the first full Electron line sold and installed in the USA. This system is in northern Indiana and has been a long term customer for First in Finishing as we have done the repairs and service for their Gema equipment for years prior to the Electron line. They Manufacture and powder coat smaller RV and trailer parts that they are making in house. They started looking at going to a complete line a couple years ago and had quotes from a few different vendors but due to the price point, and good customer support they have received from FINF in the past they decided to side with us and Electron for their new powder coat line. This system is now in complete production and has boosted over 6x the amount production from their older batch system. Also while saving money on powder due to reclaiming it and having less labor cost because it’s an automated line.
