A well-insulated floor helps keep the van warm in winter and cool in summer, making it a crucial step in the conversion process. In this episode, I: ✅ Mark and test drill the holes into the battens to make sure my screws will line up ✅ Countersink the drill holes ✅ Lay down insulation to improve temperature control and reduce road noise. ✅ Secure the plywood flooring onto the battens. ✅ Prepare the base for future altro flooring installation.
