In a show format that's never been tried before, I visit one of my favorite restaurants in the Lunigiana, on my own, and I'm the only person there. Experience wonderful food and the beautiful silence which can only be achieved by sitting alone in an empty restaurant. Podere Conti is an agriturismo (an Italian practice in which farms offer accommodation and hospitality to reduce their reliance on farming) which prides itself on its unique twist of traditional, seasonal Lunigianese food.
