We’re back with another catch and cook! This time in a tiny canal found right here in the desert of AZ! Canal catfishing is something I have not done in some time here. It was time to find some of those hard pulling channel catfish. After an early morning struggle in the middle of the desert, we hit a canal on the way home and were happy to find some channel cats. Canal catfishing can be very hit or miss so it made me happy to get them! We detailed from catching, cleaning, and frying up the catfish all on shore of the canal for your viewing pleasure.
