Launched in 1994 and ended in 1998 Developed and Launched by Sega Composed by John Baker Playlist: • Sega Channel (GEN/MD) OST Uploaded from the download from here: • The Sega Channel Experience! - Deluxe Soun... Titles are also by the person who uploaded this video, and they had help with some people to rip the music and research, so credit to them as well Sega Channel was a service by Sega for the Genesis/Megadrive where you could download games to the console through a cable connection, and would be there until you turn it off. It was essentially a predecessor to the Satellaview, which was practically the same thing, but had many more things going for it, such as an rpg styled menu, "soundlink" game sessions where a narrator's voice would be broadcasted to the tv while the game is being played, etc. Sega Channel even had some exclusive things, like Pulseman's first appearance in some regions, things that later became lost media like some levels in this version of Garfield: Caught in the Act, and had a size limit which meant games like Sonic 3D Blast had to be split into 2 parts.
