When most of us think of deadly animals we tend to imagine some of the largest or maybe the most venomous predators on this planet, but earths plant eaters are pretty formidable too. If you manage to exist in some of the most competitive ecosystems in the world then you need to either be able to escape predators, or you need to be able to fend them off and protect yourself. Some herbivores have become so good at defeating predators that when they get to a certain size they are invincible, and no predator of any size will even think of targeting them. Because of human wildlife conflict and because animals that live in competitive ecosystems are more aggressive some of these herbivores will attack man, and this sometimes results in large herbivores claiming the lives of more humans than large predators. In today's video we'll be taking a look at some of the deadliest herbivores on this planet, as we'll be ranking each continent by it's deadliest herbivore.
