A walk in Loch Ness - Foyers - Travelling NYADs

We took "the road less travelled" to Loch Ness, in order to gain access to the shore. At Foyers we found both access AND a path alongside the Loch that was easily traversed in a wheelchair for much more than I did (I walked in the Loch, see below). Years ago I leant that if I walk in really cold seawater I feel better. I don’t know if it is the sea or the cold water, so I decided to see how I would feel after walking in Loch Ness. NOTE: I was NOT swimming and do NOT recommend immersion. However, I felt invigorated and as far as I can see the walk in Loch Ness was good for me. You can also see the pontoon with a ramp that allows a wheelchair person to go out onto the Loch and feel the motion of the waves. It was a great experience.
