Zest of 1 orange Garlic - 6 cloves Black peppercorns - 1 tsp Carnation - 5 pcs. Carrot - 1 pc. Onion - 1 pc. Bay leaf - 2 pcs. Beer - 1-1.5 l Salt - to taste Glaze: Orange juice - 1-2 tablespoons Soy sauce - 1 tbsp. Mustard - 1 tbsp Honey - 1 tbsp. 1. Cut the garlic cloves into slices. Make cuts in the shank and insert the garlic. 2. Pour beer over pork knuckles, add orange peel, carrots, onions, salt to taste, black peppercorns, clove buds, bay leaf. 3. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 2-3 hours. 4. Mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey and mustard. 5. Put pork knuckles on a baking sheet, grease with glaze. 6. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 180°C (360°F). #pork knuckle
