The goal with this playthrough of the Dark Pictures: The Devil in Me is to Fail QTEs (Quick Time Events) and this is the entire game completed in one stream session. Button Mash Moments: When you have to repeatedly mash the same button until the meter around the icon completely fills. There are some of these that no matter how many times you fail, the QTE will keep re-appearing until you actually succeed at it. Timed Action Choices: When the game gives you a timed choice between choosing one particular Action to take over another. For example choosing "Run" or "Hide". Stay Calm Moments: When a graphic similar to an ECG (Electrocardiogram) appears and you have to press the assigned button in time with each Wave as it comes along. Hide Moments: When the game prompts you to go to a specific spot and hide Character Items: Each character has a unique item that only they can access. If they are in a dangerous situation then this item can't be used. But if it's not a dangerous situation they can be used. For example Erin has an inhaler and when she's in danger and it causes an asthma attack, it cannot be used. Charlie has a credit card he can use to unlock things - this item can be used.
