[Mini Lightbars] NEW German Fire Department Mercedes Sprinter Van - Exterior & Blue Lights [12.2024]

Here's a look at a new Mercedes Sprinter personnel transport vehicle for the Windischeschenbach Volunteer Fire Dept. The department members did the entire work on the vehicle themselves with the graphics being the only exception. Most similar vehicles in Germany typically have two beacons or lightbars. This van is different since the department installed two Whelen Mini Century lightbars which were previously used on their old BMW 5 series command car. In their case, these Mini Century bars provided a cheap and simple solution for the limited space that they had on the roof of the BMW and eventually on this new Sprinter too.
